Kathy Stratford

Originally from Saskatchewan, I grew up in both British Columbia and Alberta before settling on Vancouver Island to pursue a degree in education. For the past 14 years, I have been dedicated to teaching, with eight of those years spent in Kindergarten-an experience that fostered my love for helping others and building meaningful connections. Now, I'm excited to bring that same passion and care to real estate. With a strong background in communication, organization, and guiding families through important transitions, I look forward to helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions-finding their dream home. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, baking, reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with my husband and our three boys, who range in age from six to sixteen. I'm inspired by the excitement of new beginnings and am thrilled to be part of helping others start their next chapter.
